FitFlop Inuk Boots

I love how comfy my FitFlops are but I hate how they look.  I also hate that I can only wear them 3 months out of the year.  I like to firm and raise my buttocks while power walking year round, not just in the Summer.  And so it is with great excitement that I introduce you to the FitFlop Inuk Boot.  At $199.95 they’re considerably more pricey than the flipflop version but then again Winter is cosiderably longer than Summer here in New England.

Here’s a question: do the fit flops actually DO anything?! I would definitely want to see proven results before investing $200 on these boots. But if it works, than these would be a no-brainer…

I think they do something to me at least. Not in the butt as far as I can tell, however. When I wear them all day long and do serious walking around town my legs are killing me. Next day doing same walking in other shoes, no pain. So for me at least they do cause pain. On the other hand my feet feel wonderful in the fit flops and hurt in the other shoes.

I think they do something too, they make your legs feel like you are exerting ever so slightly more effort than normal to walk around. and they are so comfortable. that being said, i don’t think I would pay more than the 40 for the flip flop version, I mainly wear them around house and yard in the summer, they are just too ugly to wear out. these are not too ugly but kind of too expensive. a MAJOR improvement thought, lookswise, and great for people who love fitdlops and wear uggs every day

Good to know! So maybe the fitflops are actually worth it. Thanks for the feedback, girls!

I can’t wear normal flip flops, or anything where there’s only a strap down over the toes, because I walk weird, apparently, and they just fly off my feet. The strap on the fit flops comes farther back toward the ankle so wearing them is a totally different experience. I wore them all summer and fall and, while I can’t say that I saw any specific health benefits in the sense of obviously burning more calories, they sure are squishy and comfortable to walk or stand in. I know they encouraged me to walk better (the way my physical therapist says I should walk) rolling evenly through my foot instead of just heel striking.
